Today is National Wine and Cheese Day. While not in itself a literary holiday, a good book goes very well with wine and cheese. Pardon me while I nibble on a page…mmmmm.
There are only a few days left in the month, but it’s not too late to participate in some of July’s literary holidays: Hemingway Days (July 21-26) and Paperback Book Day (July 30). Plus you have a few days left for Read an Almanac month!

In these challenging times, education and entertainment are important for everyone’s mental health. Although many library doors are closed for the safety of both staff and patrons, there are so many resources available online. I know in my own local library, they’ve continued to add resources to support the community, even when they are closed.
